Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any products. However, we do offer exchanges within a 7-day window from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition with no physical damage, including scratches. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for any products under any circumstances.

Shipping

  • We currently ship only within Delhi using our own shipping service.

  • We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked and are not damaged before delivery. Damaged products are never shipped or handed over to customers.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange, unless otherwise specified.

Sale Items

  • All products, including those purchased during sales or promotions, are eligible for exchange as per our policy.
