Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any products. However, we do offer exchanges within a 7-day window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition with no physical damage, including scratches. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

We currently ship only within Delhi using our own shipping service.
We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked and are not damaged before delivery. Damaged products are never shipped or handed over to customers.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange, unless otherwise specified.

All products, including those purchased during sales or promotions, are eligible for exchange as per our policy.
